Refunds for bookkeeping services: We offer a 5-day refund policy for bookkeeping services. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our bookkeeping services within 5 business days of purchase, we will refund your payment in full.

Refunds for tax preparation services: Due to the nature of tax preparation services and the time-sensitive nature of tax filing deadlines, refunds for tax preparation services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss any concerns regarding our tax preparation services.
